The information on this website is general and informative. It does not replace a specialist consultation, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan made for you.
The cases shown are real and were treated at our clinic. Every patient is different, so results can vary from case to case.
03Appointments
Appointments are made by phone or e-mail, using the contact details on the website. A request becomes an appointment only once the clinic team confirms the date and time.
If you cannot make it, please let us know in good time so another patient can use the slot.
04Prices
The cost of a treatment depends on each patient’s situation; we agree it with you after the consultation, based on your treatment plan.
05Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, drawings, photographs, graphic elements, the logo and the page structure — belongs to Clinica Dr. Dobreci and is protected by copyright law. Reproducing or using it, in whole or in part, without our written consent is not permitted.

The website links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
07Personal data
What we process. The website has no forms, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and stores nothing in your browser. When you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the details you give us: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message. If you become our patient, we also process the medical data needed for your care.
Why, and on what basis. To manage appointments and communicate with you (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR), to provide medical care (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR), and to meet the legal obligations of a medical practice (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it. For as long as the purpose requires and as long as the law obliges us to, especially for medical records.
Who can see it. We do not sell or rent your data. Only the clinic team, who are bound by confidentiality, partners strictly needed for your treatment (for example, the dental laboratory), and the authorities where the law requires it, have access.
Website hosting. The provider that hosts the website may automatically record technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the service.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of them, write to us at office.dobrecidental@gmail.com. If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
